 Discounted Room Rates will be offered for both The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott at a minimum of 10 and maximum of 25 guest rooms on the wedding night. Rates vary and are subject to availability. Each room is subject to a $25 resort fee and 12.5% room tax, per day. Any unused rooms will be released 30 days prior to the wedding at no obligation to the Wedding Couple. All meeting room, food and beverage and related services are subject to 24% taxable service charge and 6.5% state sales tax. 2

Ceremony Venues JW MARRIOTT CEREMONY VENUES Wedding Gazebo Beautiful wedding ceremonies are created under this open-air gazebo, accommodating up to 250 guests. Facing the west, situated between the resort Spa’s private pool and Golf Club, it offers wonderful sunset views and the sparkling fresh water lake as a backdrop for your ceremony.

Citrus Garden The Citrus Garden combines the ambience of a lush courtyard with the sophistication of a three-tiered spiral staircase that overlooks the unique venue. Located on the East side of the property, it offers a secluded feel and is completely shaded in the late afternoon and evening. It is a captivating location for ceremonies for up to 200 guests or outdoor receptions and special events.

Valencia Patio This unique outdoor, paved location offers a breathtaking view of the resort’s brilliant lake and lush golf course. It is situated between the Spa and JW Marriott pool area and is ideal for wedding events from 200-600 guests. (Valencia Patio West pictured).

Ballroom An indoor ballroom will be reserved as a back-up location for any outdoor event. Should you desire an indoor ceremony, you may select from the Mediterranean Ballroom, Palazzo Ballroom or Segura Room (based on your number of guests and availability).

Reception Venues JW MARRIOTT RECEPTION VENUES Mediterranean Ballroom The Mediterranean Ballroom is the largest wedding ballroom at the resort, with crystal and rod iron chandeliers, chic coach lamps and neutral wall coverings. For dinner and dancing, it can hold up to 1,000 guests and it can be divisible into eight smaller salons for more intimate events. Its prefunction area is attached to a wonderful covered patio and porte cachere.

Palazzo Ballroom The Palazzo Ballroom boasts modern chandeliers and elegant light sconces. Seating up to 600 guests for a dinner and dance, this venue can also be divided into eight smaller sections. Its pre-function space is awe-inspiring with 20 foot floor to ceiling windows overlooking the magnificent scenery of the Valencia Patio and lake. If offers a perfect view of the sun setting.

Segura Room The Segura Room can accommodate up to 100 guests with a dance floor and dinner seating. Located on the lower level of the conference center, it is just steps away from the outdoor Valencia Terrace and Patio as well as the Citrus Garden. It’s an ideal intimate setting for a wedding reception.

Valencia Patio This beautifully designed Patio with brick pavers accommodates 200-600 guests for a dinner reception, cocktail hour or ceremony. It is surrounded by lush garden scenery with the sparkling lake in the background, and the sun can be seen setting in the west. We offer a Wedding Menu Package with your choice of a formal plated dinner, buffet or food stations. You may design your personal menu with the following selections, and you may upgrade or add enhancements to the package. Ideas for a private banquet-catered rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch may be created as well.

JW MARRIOTT ORLANDO, GRANDE LAKES HOTEL POLICIES FOOD AND BEVERAGE All food and beverage is to be purchased solely through the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. All food and beverage charges are subject to a 24% taxable service charge and a 6.5% Florida sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please provide us with a copy of a valid Florida Tax Exempt Certificate. A $7.50 cake cutting fee will be applied to any cake brought in by an outside vendor. The $7.50 cake cutting fee is subject to 24% service charge and 6.5% sales tax. The Florida Law requires persons to be a minimum of 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages. The hotel reserves the right to refuse alcoholic service to anyone. The hotel will provide a complimentary Wedding Menu Tasting for up to six (6) guests, including the Wedding Couple. Tastings allow a limited sampling to experience the flavors and a broad understanding of the culinary capability. Please consult with your Wedding Event Manager about your tasting needs. GUARANTEES A final guarantee of attendance must be submitted by 3:00pm three business days prior to your event. This guarantee is not subject to reduction. In the event a guarantee is not received, the greater of: 1) the original contracted attendance or 2) the actual attendance will be billed. CATERING AGREEMENT / DEPOSIT To reserve a date and private room(s), a Catering Agreement is to be signed and returned to the hotel within ten (10) days together with an initial deposit of 25% of the Rental Fees and Estimated Food and Beverage Minimum based on room selection. EVENT SPACE Event space Rental Fees and Food and Beverage Minimums are based on the event type, type of set-up and the number of people in attendance. OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE Indoor space will be reserved for all outdoor events. Rain calls will be made at least 6 hours prior to the event. If a ceremony double set of both indoors and outdoors is requested, a $10 per person set up fee will be applied and placed on the final bill. A $5 per person outdoor setup fee will be applied toward all outdoor events, excluding ceremonies and cocktail receptions. Events taking place outdoors must conclude musical entertainment by 10:00pm. AUDIO/VISUAL Grande Lakes Audio Visuals is a full service, in-house production company and the preferred provider for all audio visual needs at Grande Lakes Orlando. Our production team provides a full range of event production services, including audio and lighting equipment, screens and projectors, video production, etc. WEDDING VENDORS Your Wedding Event Manager may refer vendors for Floral Decor, Entertainment, Photographers and more. If you prefer to provide vendors not on the hotel’s preferred vendor list, a copy of the vendor’s insurance policy evidencing $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 (depending on service provided) is required.
